John Michael was born in a small town in Virginia  and his father passed away when he was becoming a father himself.  This event had a profound impact on him, and it was during this time that he started to write music again. He found solace in writing songs about his life and his struggles, and it was through this process that he began to find his true calling.

John Michael’s mission is to inspire people to go after their dreams, and to remind them that family is the base of everything. He wants people to be able to feel the connection to his music, and to join him on his personal journey. Through his music, he hopes to create a safe space for people to express themselves
